Our Projects

Our journey towards excellence started in May 2002 with Aparna Apartments in Rishikesh. A novel concept with multi-storied apartments perched atop a shopping complex, the project was a runaway success. Bolstered by this triumph we made our first foray into the luxury apartment segment with Lord Krishna Residency in Dehradun. Not only was the project a grand success it also set new benchmarks for living standards in Uttarakhand. Another immensely successful project has been Vasudev Residency at Rishikesh. The constant re-evaluation of our designs and the dogmatic standards of quality pursued, are efforts on our part to herald a new standard in lifestyle. Next on the anvil is an old age home in Haridwar, built keeping in mind all the needs of the elderly. In all our efforts our aim is to make the experience at a Mahalaxmi property an unmatched one for all our patrons. Madhav Residency in Dehradun is yet another effort on our part towards this goal.
